Thanks to the inheritance of a few hectares of land in Trelou sur Marne, from which, starting in 2003, the first cuvee were produced.

The uniqueness of this small and dynamic producer can be found in the production of several micro cuvée parcellaires, mostly millesimé, with very short runs, often coming from a single barrique. This choice therefore allows to characterize with great precision the peculiarities of individual terroirs and vintages. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out on indigenous, long yeasts. aging sur lie and in caves for a time ranging from 4 to 10 years, coming to have deep and vinous champagne with very low dosage levels. The vineyard is worked with great respect, excluding synthetic products in favour of an ethical and sustainable approach. Tristan represents a condensate of passion, research and evolution in the heart of the Vallee de la Marne.
