The Meeting
Domaine L&C Poitout is the union of Catherine and Louis Poitout, at the service of the vine, wine and their lovers. The paths of Louis and Catherine are two destinies that have led them from town to village, to inevitably return to their destiny: Chablis.
A common future
Childhood friends, a day came, in 1994, when the eyes of Catherine and Louis met differently, and they made their two destinies, a common future. Destinations, plantations, births, training... the couple pursued their destiny, until the day when Chablis finally called them definitively to exploit its terroir. And since then, an Domaine, 26 hectares, a cellar, and above all a team of passionate collaborators offer lovers of Chablis and Burgundy wines, an unparalleled universe.
