Sangiovese Toscana IGT
Vintage: 2022Coming from a single vineyard from the 1970s planted on clay and chalk. The goal is to preserve the characteristics of this vineyard with a vinification as natural as possible, in order to keep the intrinsic characteristics of the fruit unaltered, enhancing primary aromas. Hand harvested. After destemming and soft pressing, the must starts fermentation spontaneously in the presence of the skins. Bright ruby red colour. Opens with fruity notes typical of Sangiovese, cherry, ripe plum, but also blueberries and floral notes of violet. It tastes intense, with good freshness and good persistence.
